my ankle hurts damn bad

went sentosa today with spu. met up at semb mrt station and proceeded to vivo.
had our breakfast there,bought some stuffs and headed to tanjong beach.
it's was hot.. damn freaking hot..

had scrimmage there for quite awhile.. started to rain at 4+? so we went back to vivo and had our dinner.. bolang and gang came to had dinner with us.
trained back to semb.. raining cats and dogs and rats...

SPU!

FINALLY~~~
THE ROCK HAS COME BACKK.. lol

jus came back from spu camp
great camp..

DAY1
woke up damn early for the camp
arrived that, split the yr 1 into their groups
had warm up and session 1( basic def of ultimate)
session 2( track and conditioning)
killer,, alot ppl had cramps

dinner with my group at VIVO city

DAY 2:
had breakfast at fc 4
session 3( vertical stack)
session 4( end zone play)
another tiring day under the sun

did some drill among the seniors after their training
to get our flow back
it was really good
everyone was at their 110% even thought we were tired

DAY3:
scrimmage among 4 teams
alot of seniors lost their voices because of this
haha

den scrimmage of seniors with juniors
13-0

lunch( subway)
had scrimmage with acjc and rjc
i cnt rmb the score but we won both the matches =)
break camp at 9

went back sp for dinner

back from KL

Day 1:
breakfast with jim at mac
joel's parents picked us up and headed for budget terminal
checked in and took off to KL
took a van to szejin's house..
unpacked and headed for lunch at 3+
we headed for pickup with KBU at 5+
went for dinner and went back to home to slp

Day2:
woke up early in the morning
washed up and geared for opens
played our 3 matches there
won 1, lost 2
dinner at sunway

steamboat.. a&w root beer float

went home and slpt

Day3:
played the first match with satu lagi
i got injuried
got elbowed in the face and landed on the ground and hit my nose again -.-
had concussion
could rmb some things when i stood up
everything was so blurred
i cnt even rmb we took a pic with satu lagi
when i saw that pic.. i was damn shocked
..
semi finals against chuckies..
we won again...10-7 i think

finals against singapore youth team
kinda lost quite badly
didn't played much as my head as aching thru out the match

went home to clean up and had dinner with the whole team
bought some liquor home and started drinking
rudy was drunk and start shouting some insane stuffs

Day 4:
shopping for a few hrs before heading for the airport
our flight was delays and we waited kinda long
arrived in SG at ard 1040..
dad came to pick me up and send yangyi and jim home

yesterday was sig's birthday..
went to his house and gave his a surprise..
waited damn long outside his house
wonder what he was doing in his room...
hahha

anyhow happy birthday bro...

today sch was kinda slack
tutorial was like kinda shitty,
went thru 4 qns and we went off
i was falling aslp, i tried to start awake for damn long

trained home, bought my lunch and went home
met darryl at mac and studied awhile before heading home for dinner
and my right calf hurts

had trainin ytd as usual
after training was studying...
almost finished my tutorials and slacked
had mac for dinner...

watched manu's match yesterday night
manu was losing 2-0 in the first half,
they scored back 5 goals to make it 5-2
OMFG... unbelievable..amazing comeback by the champs
couldn't sleep after the match as the weather was freaking hot

today was another slack day for me
studied abit in the morning and in the noon
waited for x-men 2 on channel 5 at 7, star awards on channel 8
here blogging..

alright, gotta go
teen games is round the corner
